Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Endoxic ("Endoxic", "we", "us") collects through www.endoxic.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name and email, and anything else you choose to provide: company, website, the plan you are interested in, and your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver and secure the website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to discuss our services with you, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you: Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, and our email provider. These providers may store information outside your province or country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Canada. You have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, and you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns.
- California. You have the right to know, delete and correct personal information we hold about you. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
- EU and UK. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. We process your enquiry based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to reply to you.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
